Adani airport IPO :Adani Plans IPO for Airport Business by FY28, Aims for $2-3B Raise in FY25 :

Adani Enterprises plans to launch its airport business on the stock market by the fiscal year 2027-28, following an initial public offering (IPO), as reported by CNBC-TV18. The group aims to raise $2 billion to $3 billion this fiscal year (FY25) through stock sales. Since becoming a publicly traded company in 1994, Adani Enterprises has also listed six other independent businesses, which together are valued at more than $10 billion in total.

Adani Enterprises owns eight airports in India, with seven already operational. The Navi Mumbai International Airport is expected to be completed by the end of this year. The company has recovered from previous financial setbacks, including those caused by market volatility in January 2023. As of the latest trading day, Adani Enterprises’ shares were priced at ₹3,169 each on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), showing a 0.80% decrease.
