Chirag Paswan, took oath as a union minister

Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) chief, Chirag Paswan, took oath as a union minister in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government on Sunday. Paswan thanked PM Modi for trusting him.

Chirag Paswan, the chief of the Lok Janshakti Party (LJP), expressed his gratitude and determination after being sworn in as a Union Minister in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government. He assured the public of his commitment to serving with integrity and diligence, thanking PM Modi for his trust.

Assuming the mantle of responsibility, Paswan pledged to uphold honesty and hard work in his new role. He acknowledged the significance of the opportunity bestowed upon him, attributing it to PM Modi’s confidence in his party. Reflecting on the journey, he emphasized his party’s victory in securing all five allotted seats, a testament to their dedication.

Looking ahead, Paswan underscored the government’s focus on welfare schemes for the disadvantaged over the past decade. He pledged to continue this trajectory, aiming to bridge the socio-economic gap between urban and rural areas, and uplift the underprivileged sections of society.

“In the last 10 years, the govt has given priority to schemes related to the welfare of the poor. We will move ahead with that thinking to reduce the difference between the rich and the poor, and villages and towns,” he added.
