Conor McGregor vs. Michael Chandler

Conor McGregor won’t be fighting in UFC 303 as planned because he got hurt. Instead of McGregor versus Michael Chandler, the main event will be Alex Pereira defending his title against Jiri Prochazka. McGregor hasn’t fought since July 2021 when he lost to Dustin Poirier and got a leg injury that needed surgery. McGregor, a famous fighter, hasn’t had many wins lately, with his last one being against Donald Cerrone in 2020. He’s known for being a big star in UFC and has had some huge pay-per-view events. Chandler, McGregor’s opponent, hasn’t fought since 2022 but was eager to face McGregor. It’s not clear if their fight will happen later.
