Nvidia Dethroned as World’s Most Valuable Company Amid Stock Slide :

The chipmaker’s shares had surged nine times in value since the end of 2022, surpassing Microsoft as its market worth hit $3.34 trillion (£2.63 trillion). However, in the past three trading days, Nvidia’s shares have dropped by 13%.

This decline has wiped out over $500 billion (£394 billion) from Nvidia’s market value, which had peaked last Thursday at an all-time high of $140.76 (£110.94) per share after a recent 10-for-one stock split.
